Skilled Services
· Registered Nurse
Our registered nurses are in charge of conducting assessments of the patients’ needs. They are also responsible for developing a personalized care plan for each patient and supervising its implementation.
· Physical therapy and Occupational therapy
Our inhome therapy services will assist our patients with strength taining, balance training, gait training, rage of motion exercises, joint mobilization, muscle strenghtening exercises and more.
· Licensed Practical Nurses
Our licensed practical nurses work under the supervision of RNs to provide bedside care to patients in accordance with their specific care plan. Some of their duties include cleaning wounds and replacing bandages.
· Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aids
Our certified nursing assistants are mainly there to offer our patients basic care and assistance with their activities of daily living. They do so under the direction of RNs.
Our skilled services are provided by our healthcare staff, requiring the direct order and supervision from your physician. On the other hand, our non-skilled services no longer require a medical supervision but are specialized to make sure you get the assistance you need with the basic tasks.
